Youthful Skin Tea
Per Week: Daily
Benefits:
- A simple tea that removes
digestive toxins. - Helps maintain a youthful complexion by removing the digestive impurities in the skin which form when food is not properly digested overnight and overtime causes damage to the DNA in the skin cells.
Ingredients:
4-5 cups of water.
1/2 teaspoon of whole coriander seeds.
1/2 teaspoon of whole cumin seeds.
1/2 teaspoon of whole fennel seeds.
Procedure:
1. Boil 4-5 cups of water in the morning and add the additional ingredients above and boil for a further 5 mins.
2. Strain out the seeds and pour the tea into a thermos.
3. Drink small sips of the tea throughout the day.
4. If too strong reduce the servings by 1/4 then increase back to a 1/2.
