Youthful Skin Tea
Per Week: Daily
- A simple tea that removes digestive toxins.
- Helps maintain a youthful complexion by removing the digestive impurities in the skin which form when food is not properly digested overnight and overtime causes damage to the DNA in the skin cells.
4-5 cups of water.
1/2 teaspoon of whole coriander seeds.
1/2 teaspoon of whole cumin seeds.
1/2 teaspoon of whole fennel seeds.
1. Boil 4-5 cups of water in the morning and add the additional ingredients above and boil for a further 5 mins.
2. Strain out the seeds and pour the tea into a thermos.
3. Drink small sips of the tea throughout the day.
4. If too strong reduce the servings by 1/4 then increase back to a 1/2.
